Devices equipped with a powerful stirring motor and equipped with analog controls can be ordered with two types of stirring surfaces. One material is aluminium/silicon, or silumin (grey), the other is glass-ceramic (white). The temperature is controlled by a microprocessor. The operation of the functions - i.e. heating and stirring - are indicated by lights. A flashing light warns of the heat of the heating plate.
The devices have a connector for receiving an external thermometer. Devices with an optional external thermometer are controlled by the thermometer, so that the desired temperature of the liquid to be heated can be precisely maintained.
