Devices equipped with a powerful stirring motor and equipped with analog controls can be ordered with two types of stirring surfaces. One material is aluminium/silicon, or silumin (grey), the other is glass-ceramic (white). The temperature is controlled by a microprocessor. The operation of the functions (heating/stirring) is indicated by LEDs. A flashing light warns of the heat of the heating plate. The temperature can be read from the digital display.
The devices have a connector for receiving an external thermometer. Devices with an optional external thermometer are controlled by the thermometer, so that the desired temperature of the liquid to be heated can be precisely maintained.
The devices have a thread for screwing in a support rod. The support bar must be ordered separately.
