Thanks to its revolutionary design, the Integrity 10 is a truly versatile device that can perform up to 10 different reactions at the same time. Its specialty lies in the fact that the temperature and mixing speed of the reaction cells can be controlled individually, independently of the other cells.

You can easily set the test parameters on its user-friendly touch screen display. The device also has pre-programmed parameters for routine operations. The device stores the results of the tests together with the most important information (test parameters, concentration, name of the user performing the test). The progress of the reactions or their graphic representation can be easily read from the screen.

The temperature range of the device is between -30 °C and +150 °C, with an accuracy of ± 0.5 °C. The temperature can be controlled through the cells or with a temperature sensor. To reach the specified temperature, you can individually define the speed of heating/cooling between 0.1 °C/min and 5 °C/min. For kinetic determination, a separate function can be used to increase the rate of temperature change.

Separately operated magnetic stirrers are connected to the cells, which can be adjusted between 350 rpm and 1200 rpm.

The Reflux / Inerting block is usually used for organic chemical processes, as it can be used to carry out parallel reactions lasting longer. By using the inert cap, you can create an inert atmosphere in all ten cells at the same time without having to connect gas lines to the cells individually, which is much safer and more efficient.
