It has programmable, adaptive vacuum control. Its precision pressure sensor system ensures consistent performance. Corrosion resistant. Ideal for rotary evaporation and solvent distillation. It has a PPS pump head, Teflon coated membrane and FFPM valves.

LABOBASE digital vacuum system

LABOBASE rendszer működési illusztráció

Devices with a digital vacuum pump are suitable for unattended operation. The automatic pressure regulator switches on the vacuum pump when the absolute pressure value goes above the specified value (vacuum deteriorates) and switches it off after an arbitrary delay when a specified lower vacuum value is reached. In this way, the device can be operated for longer periods of time, undisturbed and without supervision.

Typical use: to produce a central vacuum for small laboratories and school classrooms.

Laboport SC 820 and SC 840

They are especially suitable for distilling solvents. With chemical-resistant Teflon pump head, Teflon-coated diaphragm pump, FFPM valves, separator vessel, condenser and two-point vacuum controller. The stub to be connected to the rotadest is made for a pipe with an internal diameter of 10 mm, while the stub to be connected to the cooling circuit is made for a pipe with an internal diameter of 8 mm.
