LABTECH's DigiBlock type block digesters can be used on a daily basis to quickly and easily destroy environmental protection, food, pharmaceutical or biochemical samples. The block digesters are devices with digital display and electronic control, which are made in several designs in terms of maximum heating temperature and size. The PID control of the digesters ensures accurate digesting temperature. The RS-232 data transmission output enables external control using optional software.
DigiBlock digesters are manufactured with three maximum temperature limits (210oC, 240oC and 450oC).
Holders for receiving different sizes and numbers of tubes can be placed in each digesters. According to the table below, they can be made of stainless steel or Teflon-coated steel. Glass, quartz, polypropylene or Teflon dishes can be placed in the holders. On request, tubes narrowing inserts are also available for the use of smaller diameter tubes.
