Recommended for small number of samples and routine tasks. Despite its small size, the centrifuge has technical solutions and safety features used in large devices (maintenance-free motor, imbalance monitoring, motorized door lock, list of rotors in memory).
With three types of - autoclavable - rotors, the maximum capacity of which is: 8 x 15 ml, 10 x 15 ml, and 12 x 5 ml. Smaller volume centrifuge and test tubes can also be centrifuged with adapters.
The digital (LED) display shows the current speed and the time remaining in operation.
Short cycle mode: as long as the button is pressed, the centrifuge operates at maximum speed or at the selected speed.
The last set parameters are stored in the memory. The open lid, start, stop and short-cycle functions are indicated by lights.
The degree of acceleration and braking of the rotor can be changed according to two operating modes, by selecting the fast or gentle mode. The maximum speed of the centrifuge with all three rotors: 8000 rpm. For accelerations, see the table on the rotors and adapters page.
