Complete desalination equipment based on mixed-bed ion exchange technology with conductivity measuring instrument head, cartridge and resin. It removes almost all dissolved substances from iron- and manganese-free water, thereby ensuring high-quality, high-purity water. The raw water flowing through the equipment is completely desalinated, and the salts dissolved in the water, which significantly contribute to the electrical conductivity of the water, are removed. The specific conductivity of drinking water is usually between 200 - 1,000 μs / cm, which the Ministil equipment converts into water with a specific conductivity below 1 μs / cm
Ministil cartridges
Containers with bayonet locks made of injection-molded plastic (P-12 and P-24) or fiberglass-reinforced plastic (P-41), with a connection head for measuring and monitoring the conductivity value, by programming the limit value. Flexible, stainless steel covered connection pipes and 3/4" internal thread.
iD conductivity measuring instrument heads
Connector head with color display for checking conductivity, suitable for all plastic Ministil cartridges. With bar chart and classic display modes. In the bar graph display, the current conductivity value is displayed in the form of a bar graph (on the right), the current conductivity value (in the middle) and the current flow power in the form of a bar graph (on the left). By making the appropriate settings, the display can show the current temperature (top center), the current residual capacity in % of the total capacity as a bar graph, a circle (middle) and the current flow rate in liters / hour. The control head gives a signal when it becomes necessary to replace the cartridge.
