In addition to rapid heating, the muffle furnaces are characterized by excellent temperature homogeneity. Its insulation is asbestos-free, multi-layered, and the outer casing of the device is stainless steel with a resistant coating. The heaters were located in quartz tubes mounted on both sides of the chamber.

The highest adjustable temperature is 1100°C, the recommended long-term working temperature is 1050°C.

LABOLIGHT furnaces are the simplest, smallest and most affordable members of Nabertherm's devices. Depending on the size, they are made with two types of digital controls.

The task of the models equipped with the R7 type controller is to reach the set temperature quickly and then maintain it for a given period of time, bypassing all other functions.
