A kettle made of stainless steel is built into all NÜVE water distillers. In the selection of devices, both routine laboratories and institutions dealing with research/development will find something suitable for their purposes.
In their appearance, these devices do not even resemble the usual complicated structures made of glass. NÜVE distillers are compact, small-space, attractive-looking devices that can be placed on the table or mounted on the wall.
The devices perform single distillation and use normal tap water to produce distilled water. The total water consumption is about ten times that of the produced distilled water.
Economic model for wall mounting. It is equipped with protection against water loss, the pressure of the incoming water can be checked with a manometer.
More detailsDevices that can be mounted on a wall or installed on a table. Their operation is fully automatic, controlled by a microprocessor. The useful volume of the boiler tank is 13 liters. The heaters are completely covered by water at a height of 10 centimeters. There is still almost three times the free volume (27 cm high) above the boiled water to prevent the liquid phase from passing into the condensing tank.
Calcium dissolved in water is significantly reduced by the Silfos filter in the boiler tank and on the heating elements. The boiler, condensing tank and heaters are also made of stainless steel. In the event of a water supply problem, the device automatically switches to safety mode. The conductivity of distilled water is approx. 2.5 µSiemens/cm at 20°C.
The devices collect distilled water in an internal tank. The capacity of the tank (half full, full) is indicated by LEDs. Additional LEDs warn of too low or high water pressure or heater failure.
All metal parts of the devices - with the exception of the outer casing - are made of stainless steel. The outer casing is protected from corrosion by a coating applied by electrostatic powder spraying.
Analytical purity water (Type II) production devices with tank. Type III water can also be produced.
