The world's smallest data logger unit

The Plug & Track system uses the world's smallest data recording units. Button-shaped sensors with a diameter of 16 mm and 6 mm thickness are suitable for data recording of temperature and temperature and humidity. The manufacturer differentiates between four types for temperature data recording and one type for combined temperature and humidity data recording.

Embedded in a stainless steel case, the IP65 protected, water and dust resistant sensors have a unique identifier and are equipped with a real-time clock. In their memory, in addition to the measured exact time and temperature (or time and temperature-relative humidity) data pairs, they can also store the lower and upper value alarm values and the free-word description characteristic of the charge. The time of its operation is determined by the lifetime of the built-in element, which can be up to 10 years.

The use of the system is extensive. It is used for all temperature-controlled systems, such as checking storage in refrigerators, freezers, cold rooms, and incubators. In addition to storage, it is also suitable for HACCP and quality control tasks during transport and processing processes.

Set up the temperature data logger easily via PC

The temperature data recorder can be configured via three simple tabs using PC software.

In general settings you can:

to synchronize system time;
to set the start time of the temperature registration (with a relative delay or by entering a time);
to specify the frequency of sampling
allowing or disallowing memory overwriting

entering an alarm waiting time (as long as the sample can be at the given low or high temperature).
