The new loop holders and loops produced by us, were developed based on the idea of Dr. Barnabás Rédey and with his active participation.
The loop holder is a 3 mm diameter and 25 cm long stainless steel rod. Unlike the traditional one - at the end - there is no loop-clamping structure, but the end of the stem is worked into a cone. We can place the pre-manufactured loop pressed into a special metal sleeve onto this conical end.
Thanks to the metal sleeve designe it cannot get stuck in the mouth of the test tube.
Thanks to the above solution, the handle results in a balanced hand hold (it will not be nose heavy).
The handle is plastic, which can be made to different thicknesses as required.
The holder does not have the "usual" micro-chuck.
Replacing a used Rédey loop only takes a few seconds.
