The sieving machines are suitable for dry and wet sieving* of larger powders and dense materials. Each device meets the highest technical requirements. The parameters can be set digitally, the sieving process can be evaluated via the RS 232 connector, and it can be documented according to the GLP standard. With the EasySieve software, all parameters (sieve sequence configuration, sample weight, sieve machine settings, etc.) can be recorded, and the characteristics of the operation can be plotted on a graph. Routine programs can be saved, edited and recalled at any time. Sieve machines can store 9 programs (even without a PC).

Characteristics of different types of sifting machines:

AS 300 control: the sieving device performs the shaking - similarly to the AS 200 types - in three dimensions, in continuous or intermittent mode. It has automatic amplitude control.

AS 400 control: the device shakes horizontally in a circular motion. *Not suitable for wet sifting.

AS 450: high-load shaking machine for three-dimensional shaking of RETSCH's largest sieves (400 and 450 mm). The parameters are set on an external control unit.

You can choose from almost the entire selection of RETSCH sieves for the large sieving machines. Sieves and collection containers and lids must be ordered separately. The sieves can be ordered separately in individual sizes, or in standard sizes, in a series of sieves. The machines are available with several clamping units.
