Their operating principle: the sample loaded into the dosing hopper is cut by the knives built into the wall on the rotor rotating in a closed space, and then the sample falls into the container through a bottom screen.

SM 100: can be used for the quick preparation of soft, medium-hard, flexible and fibrous materials, such as: dry plants, plastics, food, seeds, medicines, paper, etc. Accessories: filter stockings, 5-liter collection container. The stand is optional for the SM 100!

SM 200: tough, soft, medium-hard, flexible and fibrous, and can be used for the preparation of heat-sensitive materials, such as: household waste, plastics, packaging, electronic components, rubber, cables, wood, leather, paper, etc. For thermoplastic materials, it may be necessary to pre-cool the sample in liquid nitrogen. The SM 100 and SM 200 devices can be ordered with a 1,500 rpm motor and two types of rotors. Their power: 1,500/2,200 Watts.

The SM 300 is equipped with a variable speed (700-3,000 f/min) and 3,000 Watt motor. Thanks to the built-in flywheel, the highest instantaneous peak power of the device is 20 kW! All three (SM 100, SM 200 and SM 300) grinders are made with a three-phase motor. The rotor(s), bottom sieves and funnels must be ordered separately for each device!
