Ergonomically designed, single-channel, semi-automatic, battery-powered capper and decapper device. It allows you to open/close caps easily and quickly with the push of a button. Thanks to its interchangeable head, it is compatible with all LVL tubes with screw caps. Various parameters can be set on the device's display, such as the type of tube or the torque to be used. An acoustic signal draws attention to the fact that the set torque has been reached.
Using the correct torque is very important for proper closure. Caps that are screwed on too loosely will not ensure a leak-proof closure, while too much torque can damage the thread, which can also lead to improper closure. The correct torque to use for each LVL tube has been determined based on the type of racks (SBS 96 - 7Ncm, SBS 48 - 15Ncm, SBS 24 - 15Ncm).
Thanks to the integrated ejection mechanism, the entire cap opening/closing process can be completed without human contact, which can reduce the risk of potential contamination.
