The materials to be destroyed (petri dish, spent, waste solutions) must be placed in a container (pot) closed from the bottom. It is not enough to use an autoclavable bag, because it can get punctured and the material coming out of the bag will contaminate the interior of the autoclave.

A vacuum pump is very useful for destroying a Petri dish, because it can completely remove the air from it. Without a vacuum pump, the cup just bends, shrinks to the size of a walnut when vacuumed.
Never tie the mouth of the bag! Without a vacuum, all the air remains inside (sterilization will not be adequate), and the sealed bag explodes during vacuuming.
The last step of the destruction program should be drying for 1 minute. Significantly reduces the smell of the filling.
