The small and handy core thermometer, with its thin, robust measuring tip, is excellently suited - primarily in the food industry - for checking core temperatures quickly. A manual pre-drilling tool (84.05540826) can be ordered for measuring deep-frozen goods. TopSafe protective case provides protection against dirt and impact (IP67). Its features: acoustic and optical alarm when the set upper and lower limit values are exceeded, fast measurement (2 measurements/sec), minimum destruction thanks to a special sensor, automatic end value recognition (Auto-Hold).
