Silent vacuum pump module with integrated pump (chemically resistant diaphragm vacuum pump with corrosion and chemical resistant Teflon (PTFE) components, see KNF diaphragm pumps). The vacuum pump is built on a vibration-absorbing structure.

Accessories, socket and connecting hose for the vacuum drying cabinet. To reduce energy consumption, the dryer control stops the pump when its operation is not required. The cabinets are also available without a pump. They have the same external dimensions as the vacuum pump.
