The smallest electronic gas burner available on the market, which thanks to its compact design provides even more space for work. It can be operated with a foot switch (accessory), a button or an infrared sensor, which enables contactless operation.
Operation with foot switch: pressing the foot switch activates the flame, releasing the pedal the flame goes out. The flame can be extinguished not only with the foot switch, but also with timed flame extinguishing.
Operation by pressing a button: similar to operation with a foot switch.
Operation with an infrared sensor: the flame can be ignited without touching the device, which burns for a pre-set time. The range of the infrared sensor can be adjusted.
Based on practical experience, WLD-TEC has developed different programs: flexible start-stop functions, continuous operation for up to 60 minutes, or programs for short flame sterilization - exactly to the second.
The device contains several security solutions:
- SCS (Safety Control System) – spark control (if there is no spark, it automatically shuts off the gas), flame guard (if the flame goes out due to external influence, it automatically shuts off the gas), temperature control (if the device overheats, it automatically shuts off the gas).
- BHC (Burner Head Control) - checking the condition of the burner head. When using the BHC function, it limits the operation of the device to 30 seconds if the burner head is dirty. Even without using the BHC function, the device indicates that the burner head needs to be cleaned.
- DoubleClick sensor - double activation. The flame can only be ignited if the sensor has been activated twice within a short period of time (with the hand pulled in front of the sensor), so accidental ignition cannot occur either due to an unintentional movement or a falling object.
Residual heat and all error symptoms are indicated by illuminated LEDs. The burner head is easily replaceable. A support stand has been placed on the back of the device, in which 3 fire extinguishers can be conveniently placed.
Accessories: foot switch, support with adjustable tilt angle, gas connector, tools (for changing the filter, nozzle, burner head and connection).
