Consists of an outer vial, inner insert, membrane chamber and a pre-cut septum cap. The sample is placed in the outer vial and then passes through the membrane by pressing the inner insert. The filtered, ready-to-use sample can be easily and cleanly transferred from the inner insert thanks to the septum cap. Compatible with most autosamplers. Can be used up to 50 °C. The vials are marked with the membrane material and pore size on the top. Each combination has a different color, so they can be easily identified during work.

The Separa® Toggler allows filtering of 12 vials at a time, which speeds up daily work when preparing a large number of samples. It can only be used with Separa filter vials. The device and the vial holder can be cleaned with 90% ethanol or autoclaved at 121 °C for 15 minutes.
