Test tube vortex mixer for sample preparation and fast and reproducible homogenization. Particularly suitable for the QuEChERS method, e.g. for the analysis of pesticide or veterinary drug residues in food and feed samples.

The device features a 3-dimensional high-speed shaking motion with a speed of up to 3,000 rpm. It can be used with both 15 ml and 50 ml tubes. The removable tube holder rack allows for easy sample insertion and cleaning.

It is operated via an OLED display, the timer can be set for a countdown of 1–240 minutes or a longer timer of up to 999 minutes. With two operating modes: continuous and intermittent.

The device only starts when the protective cover is closed down and stops immediately when it is opened, thus protecting the user from possible accidents.
